After leaving a 14-year career in Deaf Education and experiencing deep personal loss, I found healing through plants. What began as a small collection turned into a powerful journey of growth—personally and professionally.

In the process, Lauren and Plants was born. It started as a simple Instagram page and evolved into a full business rooted in love, creativity, and greenery.

I’m based in Fort Worth, Texas, where I live with my two tiny dogs, Kaia and Pippa, and about 200 houseplants (yes, really!). I spend my days styling homes and small businesses with plants, sourcing greenery for clients, repotting, troubleshooting, and sharing plant education in real life and online.

I’ve vend at local DFW markets, help clients transform their spaces, and continue to grow alongside this amazing plant community.

My approach is simple: create spaces that feel alive, peaceful, and personal—while helping people connect with their plants and themselves. Whether I’m sourcing the perfect plant, restyling your shelves, or talking pests and soil, I’m doing what I love.
